  • While booking hall full amount to be paid in advance by cash.
  • No refund claim will be entertained for the amount paid at the time of booking.
  • Balance amount to be paid within 15 days prior to program schedule.
  • Out station booking person make transaction in cash.
  • Booking Date once fixed/confirmed will not change. Incase of any change in the date will be considered as can celled.
  • If you receive/confirmed alternative booking date 75% of earlier booking will be refunded, however alternative date full advance payment be made.
  • Services from outside catering contractor will not be entertained.
  • Besides catering services offered additional services like decoration/flower decoration lighting of day hall will be provided at reasonable rate.
  • Fireworks/Brass/Band services will not be entertained in and around hall, organizer be not pressurised hall management seeking permission.
  • Use of loudspeaker is not allowed after 10pm in and around hall.
  • Hall management will not be responsible for loss of valuables.
  • Responsible person from organizer be in contact with hall personals for any addition/ deletion of services provided.
  • Any rules and regulation implemented by the government or any authorities be binding on the organizer and subject to pune jurisdiction only.
  • We offer best services and seek cooperation in this regard. Suggestion are welcome.
  • Organizer should sign the terms and condition sheet.
  • Any loss/damages towards property of the hall be recovered from the organizer with current market price.
